This position coordinates day-to-day administrative and financial activities manages key office processes and helps ensure the organization has the tools and resources needed to advance its mission. The Office Administrator serves as a key resource for staff volunteers and organizational leadership helping ensure projects initiatives and daily operations stay on track. This role provides onboarding training guidance and administrative support while coordinating fundraising activities community events donor engagement efforts and office operations. The position also oversees financial and donor administration regulatory reporting and facility needs helping create an organized efficient and supportive environment that enables the team to focus on advancing the organizations mission.
The ideal candidate brings an associates or bachelors degree in business accounting nonprofit administration or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Three to five years of administrative office management bookkeeping nonprofit or accounting support experience is preferred. Strong organizational communication project coordination data entry and data management skills are essential along with proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and database or CRM systems. Experience with donor management accounts payable and receivable account reconciliations audit preparation Smartsheet and other nonprofit operations is highly desirable. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
