Job Summary
Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist
Job Location: Charlotte NC 28209
Job Duration: 6-month contract
Position Summary:
Responsible for providing high-level administrative support by conducting research handling information requests and performing clerical functions.
Education & Experience:
* High School Diploma or GED required
* 2 4 years of experience required
Skills & Competencies:
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
* Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently
* Ability to keep information organized and confidential
* Previous experience with Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint
* Professional communication skills
* Experience with Concur software is a plus
* Experience using a scanner is required
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform general office and administrative duties
* Process travel and expense reports
* Handle expense processing with a focus on Concur software
* Scan and organize receipts and related documentation
* Support general administrative and reception functions
* Communicate and coordinate with various levels of staff across the bank
* Maintain organized records and confidential information
* Assist with file cleanups including moving boxes up to 25 lbs when needed
* Perform other duties as assigned
