Administrative Specialist

We firmly believe that in order to effectively address the evolving needs of our community we must remain adaptable to ensure the delivery of exceptional care to both our pediatric and geriatric community members.

As anIntake Representative you will be the guide for clients beginning service with our this role you will walk clients through the intake steps from beginning to hand off to their care provider. If you are detail oriented and value building relationships through strong interpersonal communication skills then we want to hear from you.

Schedule:

• Mon to Fri 9AM-5PM

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Intake Representative Qualifications & Core Responsibilities:

• 1 year of experience in an office environment required

• Excellent customer service skills

• Expert analytical & problem solving skills

• Ability to multitask

• Thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment

• Excellent communication skills with both clients & providers

• Assists patients with the onboarding process

• Responding to emails & calls in a timely manner

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
