The Location: San Francisco CA (5 Days Onsite)
Compensation: $160000$200000 Base Salary DOE Bonus Equity

An exceptionally well-funded hyper-growth technology company is seeking an experienced Administrative Business Partner. Backed by one of the worlds most influential technology leaders this company is scaling at an extraordinary pace with plans to nearly double its employee population over the coming year.

This is far more than a traditional executive support role - its an opportunity to become a strategic partner to a highly visible team driving the companys growth through fundraising investor relations strategic partnerships and acquisitions. Youll have a front-row seat to high-profile meetings and work alongside senior executives on initiatives that shape the future of the business.

You will:

  • Provide proactive high-level administrative support to leaders within the organization.
  • Own complex calendar management meeting coordination and strategic prioritization across multiple stakeholders.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel expense reporting and executive logistics.
  • Drive cross-functional projects and ensure critical initiatives stay on track.
  • Prepare leaders for internal and external meetings by coordinating agendas materials and follow-up action items.
  • Partner closely with executive leadership and interact confidently with investors board members and other high-profile external stakeholders.
  • Anticipate business needs identify operational improvements and execute with a high degree of ownership and discretion.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Significant experience supporting executives in venture capital private equity investment banking corporate development or another fast-paced financial environment.
  • Exceptional executive presence with the confidence to engage with senior leaders and external executives.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and thriving in an environment experiencing rapid scale.
  • Outstanding communication organizational and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment while handling highly confidential information.
