Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Duties: The Administrative Assistant manages the day-to-day activities for the Directors of Program Services. This individual will be responsible for the administrative portion of this department tracking projects and assisting with the generation of training materials. Supports development of project plans timelines and tracking tools. Tracks project milestones deliverables and risks; providing regular status updates to leadership. Maintains organized project documentation and records.
Schedule: Full-Time
Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in an administrative field.
Experience managing calendars and projects.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
