Job Summary
Administrative support role providing office coordination reporting supplier support legal team assistance data management and project coordination for business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Support legal and administrative operations
Handle supplier setup changes and purchase order support
Manage assignment mailboxes and department communications
Coordinate meetings calendars travel and events
Prepare reports documentation and correspondence
Maintain databases records and department files
Assist with data entry reporting and process documentation
Support attorney memberships dues and patent-related meetings
Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) activities as needed
Research inquiries and resolve routine issues
