What Youll Do as an Administrative Assistant

  • Apply your administrative and research expertise in a dynamic growing company where youll help support the expansion of our products and continued business success.
  • Oversee licensing requirements for our HUD and modular home programs to help ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Monitor regulatory updates research changing requirements and help implement necessary compliance-related changes across the organization.
  • Prepare and submit licensing applications renewals and compliance documentation while maintaining accurate and organized records.
  • Coordinate with state agencies and regulatory organizations to maintain good standing and resolve compliance-related matters.
  • Manage sales tax compliance and reporting to ensure accurate timely filings and adherence to state regulations.
  • Support the sales team by calculating sales tax and providing accurate tax amounts for customer estimates.
  • Assist in training and communication efforts to help keep team members informed of regulatory and compliance updates.


Our Ideal Administrative Assistant

  • Detail-Oriented: Maintains a high level of accuracy when managing compliance requirements licensing documentation sales tax reporting and administrative tasks.
  • Experienced: Brings at least 3 years of administrative office clerical executive assistant or related experience; construction permitting municipal or regulatory experience is a plus.
  • Research-Minded: Enjoys digging into complex information interpreting regulations and finding clear solutions to compliance and licensing questions.
  • Organized & Accountable: Keeps projects records deadlines and documentation organized while following through on responsibilities with minimal supervision.
  • Technically Proficient: Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications and learning new software and systems as needed.
  • Collaborative: Works well with leadership accounting sales and external agencies while contributing to our culture of honor growth excellence and genuine care for people.
