Job Description The Part-time Administrative Assistant & Special Events Coordinator for the Governors School Programs and Pep band Assist the dean associate dean director of Governors School and pep band directors in coordinating special events. This includes year-round Governors School Programs Art Society Receptions Heart to Art fundraising events commencement receptions |
Required Qualifications A combination of education training and/experience Business or related field; Demonstrated knowledge of office administration public relations budget management and accounting concepts. |
Preferred Qualifications: Experience coordinating and conducting special event activities. |
Employment Conditions: The employee must be able to open the CVPA Deans office at 7:30 am and may need to work some nights and weekends
