Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant at Meyer Plastics Inc plays a crucial role in providing administrative and operational support to the management team of a well-established plastics manufacturing company. The primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls emails and correspondence
- Maintaining and organizing company records files and databases
- Preparing reports memos presentations and business documents as needed
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings appointments and travel arrangements
- Assisting with processing purchase orders invoices and vendor communications
- Supporting HR with onboarding filing and employee record management
- Coordinating with production sales and operations departments on administrative needs
- Receiving and distributing mail packages and deliveries
- Monitoring and reordering office supplies and inventory as needed
- Performing general administrative tasks to support daily operations
Requirements:
- Prior experience as an administrative assistant or in an office support role
