  • Deliver a high standard of customer service including responding to enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
  • Perform key business administration tasks

About Goodstart Numurkah:

Were currently seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Part-Time (12 hours a week) Administration Assistant to join our welcoming team at Goodstart Numurkah a 60-place centre operating 6:30am 6:30pm.

As an Administration Assistant you will support the Centre Director to deliver key business outcomes and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the centre. You will be the first point of contact for families and visitors delivering a warm professional experience while managing key administrative processes.

This is a dynamic role where strong organisation attention to detail and exceptional customer service are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a high standard of customer service creating a welcoming environment for families and visitors.
  • Manage enrolment enquiries maintain the waitlist and support the centres attendance pipeline.
  • Coordinate centre tours and respond to general enquiries on behalf of the Centre Director.
  • Support the management of family accounts bookings and debt reduction.
  • Perform key administrative tasks including e-purchasing filing record management and archiving.
  • Assist with calendar and meeting coordination for the Centre Director.
  • Build and maintain strong respectful relationships with families and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative processes and centre performance.

Youll need:

  • Current VIC with Children Check
  • Experience in administration and/or customer service (essential)
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems
  • A professional friendly and approachable manner
  • A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and high professional standards
