The Mission of ELMHS is to provide mental health evaluation treatment habilitation and consultation for adults. Programs include inpatient interventions jail-based evaluations supervised group home and residential programs forensic evaluation care custody and aftercare; intermediate and long-term psychiatric care are in coordination with the total system of care in Louisiana
ELMHS is looking for a motivated detail-oriented and positive individual to join our team as anAdministrator Coordinator!The Administrative Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support to ELMHS helping ensure programs and services are organized efficient and responsive. This position coordinates administrative activities maintains records and information assists staff and stakeholders and supports day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is organized detail-oriented dependable and able to effectively manage multiple priorities while providing professional customer service.

- Job Duties:
- Prepares inactive files for storage and archiving and organizes the filing system for physical maintenance of all inactive records in the Health Information department.
- Participates in educational trainings that are mandatory for accreditation and licensure of the facility.

Compensation: This position has a Minimum Hire Rate: $840.00 bi-weekly/ $10.50 hourly.
