POSITION: Adjunct Faculty - Chemistry: Natural Science Department; Division of STEM; Lawrence Campus (78 Amesbury Street); MCCC/MTA DCE Unit Position. SUMMARY: For Fall 2026 we are seeking an adjunct instructor for General Chemistry I (CHM 121). This course will be delivered in-person on the Lawrence campus. The lecture portion of the course meets from 8:00am to 9:15am on Tuesday / Thursday with lab from 9:30am - 12:00pm on Tuesday. We are also accepting applications for our pool of Adjunct Faculty to teach various Chemistry courseson an as needed basis for the Fall 2026 semester and applicants would teach courses in General Chemistry (I or II).Seeking instructors for primarily dayandeveningface-to-faceclasses which could include Early College classes. Futurepossibility of online or hybrid instructionexists and would require successful completion of mandatory faculty will engage in a critical role in the teaching and learning process contributing to student success.
