As an Operations Support Associate youll play a critical role in supporting our branches employees and members by ensuring operational excellence regulatory compliance and efficient back-office processes. From ACH processing and card services to audits and compliance support youll help keep the credit union running at its very best. This position is an on-site role Akron Ohio 44308

As an Operations Support Associate you will:

• Process research correct and track EFT and ACH transactions while responding to related inquiries.
• Provide card services support including file maintenance PIN requests card recovery assistance and operational reporting.
• Assist with the implementation and maintenance of internal audit policies and procedures.
• Support procedural compliance Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Act Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) compliance throughout the organization.
• Conduct branch audits and reviews of operational and loan procedures to ensure compliance with credit union policies and regulations.
• Serve as the primary resource and subject matter expert for teller operations across the organization.
• Prepare operational reports and provide back-office support to various departments.
• Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
• Assist members and employees by providing accurate information guidance and solutions.
• Take on additional projects and responsibilities that contribute to the success of the credit union.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong accounting and balancing knowledge
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask effectively
• A genuine desire to help people and support team success

• Banking credit union or financial services experience
• Experience with ACH processing and operations
• Knowledge of the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Act
• Compliance auditing or operational support experience

Pay Range: $17.00-$20.00/hour
