Job Summary
The Billing and A/R Associate will collaborate with multiple divisions engage with all levels of management and coordinate with Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) and government agencies. This role offers a great opportunity to be an essential part of JEVS financial operations ensuring accuracy and efficiency in billing and receivables management. This position requires precision analytical skills and a strong understanding of billing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly billing for various services including Private Pay and Room & Board.
Monitor and manage receivables including collections and account reconciliations.
Resolve billing discrepancies denials and eligibility issues.
Maintain accurate records and insurance status across systems (Cashe Pavillio Carelogic).
Support revenue closing processes and generate billing and aging reports.
Troubleshoot claim and system errors; assist in reversing and resubmitting claims.
Provide analytical and administrative support as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience in billing/accounts receivable preferably in healthcare or human services.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working with multiple software platforms and financial systems.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Required Qualifications:
- Experience in medical billing cash applications or accounts receivable.
- Open to training the right candidate who demonstrates a strong combination of relevant education and experience.

The base pay for this position ranges from $50000 to $52500 and will vary based on factors such as skills and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation that JEVS Human Services provides to recognize employees for their work.
