What You Bring to the Table

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor with 35 years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience strong knowledge of 3-way match processes excellent Excel skills and proven ability to lead and support a team. Youll oversee daily AP operations manage high-volume invoice processing (including farming operations raw materials packaging freight and services) ensure accurate reconciliations and payments mentor AP staff and drive process improvements in a dynamic agricultural and manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day Accounts Payable activities including processing high-volume invoices for farming operations raw materials packaging freight and services
  • Manage weekly check runs perform reconciliations and review and resolve 3-way match exceptions
  • Prepare AP accruals monthly account reconciliations KPI reports and support month-end close processes
  • Provide guidance training and mentoring to AP Specialists while acting as the primary escalation point for internal departments and vendors
  • Collaborate with Procurement Operations Receiving and Treasury teams to resolve vendor discrepancies and improve workflow efficiency
  • Support audits ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
