RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform basic and routine accounting functions
- Assist with Accounts Payable and Receivable processes; reconcile and prepare daily cash deposit credit card deposit update receivable ledger
- Research and answer all receivable and vendor inquiries
- Post accounts payable invoices
- Prepare accounts payable checks
- Submitting all warranties and aftermarkets
- Assist in processing car deals
Qualifications
- Ability to work well with others
- Reliability is a must
- 3-5 years experience working in Accounting role
- Accounting associates or bachelors degree
- Positive attitude & very outgoing personality
- Exceptional written & oral communication skills
- Ability to multi task
