Salary Range: $90000 - $120000 annually based on experience and qualifications

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our growing organization. This role is ideal for an experienced accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership of financial processes while partnering with team leaders to support organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes including journal entries reconciliations and account analysis.
• Perform daily weekly monthly payroll tasks for office and hourly employees.
• Perform all aspects of the accounts payable and disbursements cycle.
• Analyze financial results and identify trends variances and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support annual audit requirements.
• Maintain fixed asset records and oversee depreciation schedules.
• Develop and improve accounting processes controls and reporting efficiencies.
• Mentor and support junior accounting staff as needed.
• Participate in special projects acquisitions system implementations and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
• 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems preferred (Epicor Sage Traild AP Automation).
• Excellent analytical organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
