We have a customer in Tucson AZ who has an IMMEDIATE long-term opening for a Accounting Specialist/Bookkeeper with 10 years this role you will support general accounting functions for a company that is involved in engineering mining and mineral processing. You will be involved in all phases of general accounting including A/P. A/R invoicing payroll financials new hires job offers phones and general office and HR support as needed.

This is a long-term DIRECT HIRE.

Salary range is $30-45/hr depending on experience.

Position must be worked on site in Tucson AZ office and my offer some flexibility in schedule as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 10 years experience in general accounting and bookkeeping Degree NOT mandatory
• Must have good computer skills and experience with ProCore or similar S/W packages
• Experience with invoicing A/P A/R payroll expenses taxes (for business in multiple states) start-up paperwork for new employees
• Ideally experience working for a engineering consulting contractor or manufacturing firm
• Strong communication and documentation skills attention to detail and ability to support company President Engineering and Field personnel
• Ideal candidate will also have skills in HR areas including onboarding job offers start-up paperwork benefits etc.
