What Youll Be Doing

• Support the monthly general ledger close including accruals amortizations journal entries and reconciliations

• Perform balance sheet account reconciliations including cash and bank accounts

• Analyze financial statements and prepare reports with insights for assigned business units

• Manage inventory accounting including cost variance and physical inventory analysis

• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues and support business processes

• Assistwith internal and external audits and contribute to special projects as needed

• Identifyand implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

What Are We Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Accounting required with 2 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS and GAAP) and financial reporting with the ability to analyze data think critically and solve problems

• Proficiencyin Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle JDE; Blackline a plus)

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentdemonstratingorganization adaptability and attention to detail

• Effective communication and collaboration skills with a proactive driven approach to supporting team and business objectives
