What Youll Do(Essential Duties and Responsibilities):
Performa variety of general accounting activitieswithin one or more of the following accounting disciplineareas: AR & AP Cost Accounting Financial Reporting Global Financial Reporting Internal Auditing Inventory Control and Payroll.
Examplesofgeneral accounting activitiesinclude:accountreconciliations month-end closing procedures assisting with the companys internal audit plancost allocation assist in the development and enhancement of all inventory systemsand othergeneral accountingtasksassigned by management.
Ensure that allaccountingwork and deliverablesfollowGAAP.
Assist in ensuring that all necessary financial reports and disclosures are compliant with Sarbanes Oxley and SEC requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to aid in accounting processes and othercompanyobjectives.
Identify ways to develop and implement best practices to improve existing processes and accuracy.
Provide support on ad-hoc requests and special projects.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Salary Range: $64600-$87400
What Youll Need(Qualifications):
Bachelors degree in accounting(strongly preferred) or equivalentrelatedexperience.
Related experience or trainingis strongly preferred.
StrongWorking knowledge ofMicrosoft Office.
CPAlicenseor a desire to obtain a CPA licenseis preferred.
