What Youll Do

  • Develop and grow relationships with new and existing clients across commercial and/or government sectors
  • Identify customer pain points and recommend tailored technology and service solutions
  • Drive new business development through prospecting networking referrals and strategic outreach
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle-from lead generation and qualification through proposal negotiation and close
  • Partner with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful customer outcomes
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed revenue goals
  • Stay informed on market trends technology solutions and customer business needs

What Were Looking For

Required Experience

  • 3 7 years of experience in B2B sales technology sales IT staffing or solution-based selling
  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets
  • Experience selling technology solutions IT services staffing solutions managed services or related offerings preferred
  • Strong relationship-building presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts in a business-friendly manner
  • Self-starter mentality with a competitive drive and strong sense of accountability

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing network within commercial federal state/local government education or enterprise clients
  • Experience with CRM platforms and pipeline management
  • Knowledge of enterprise IT cloud cybersecurity infrastructure end-user computing or staffing services
