Repairmodifyreplaceor otherwise perform routineaircraftmaintenance work in repair schemes utilizing SRM or Engineering data. Conduct operational effectively with other maintenance personnel at all levels by keeping co-workers and leadershipapprisedof work progress and difficulties as they job assignmentsin a timely and interpret manufacturer and airline maintenance manuals service bulletinsdrawingsand other specifications todeterminefeasibility and method of repairreplacementor for accuratelyclocking other duties as following duties will apply based on the area to which the employee is assigned:Accessories (electrical/fluidpower/interiors/mechanical)Disassembleinspectand reassemble hydraulicmechanicalor electricalaircraftcomponentsUtilize OEM and Engineering drawings tomodifycomponentsTestaircrafthydraulicmechanicalor electrical componentsTroubleshoot hydraulicmechanicalor electricalaircraftcomponentsEDUCATIONANDEXPERIENCE:High School Diploma or and/or Power plant License and level of skill customarilyacquiredafter one year as a General Mechanic or three years of related commercial / militaryaircraftexperience; or equivalent combination of education and EFFORTANDDEXTERITY:While performing the duties of this job the employee willbe requiredtosit;use their hands andarms; andtalk or hear; and focus on objectsclose up. The employee will alsobe requiredto stand; walk; and stoop kneel crouch or crawl. The employee maybe requiredto lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Ability to handle and climb ladders base pay range for this position is $23.50 $37.00hourly notincluding bonuses or benefits. Your pay will be based on your experience skills and education as well as internal equity to ensure fairness across the team. Candidates closer to the lower end of therange aretypicallybuildingtheirexpertise while those at the higher end bringsignificant experienceand specialized knowledge.
