Participants will rotate through three key areas:Customer Service Rotation (4-6 months)Learn MCCs World Class Service hands-on experience managing customer orders resolving complaints and supporting capacity analytical and communication skills while mastering MCCs business Support Rotation (6 8 months)Participate in cross-functional projects from concept to with Account Manager to manage customer timelines resources and stakeholder an understanding and experience in sales enablement Management Rotation (12 months)Own strategic account planning and customer bids/RFPs forecasting and pipeline with marketing operations and technical teams to drive growth and ResponsibilitiesBuild strong internal and external relationships across departments and customer a customer-first mindset and contribute to continuous improvement data to support decision-making and strategic in sales reporting and CRM as needed to engage with customers and MCC degree in business or related field preferredDemonstrated customer service analytical communication and problem-solving in Microsoft 365; experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).Passion for customer service project execution and strategic We OfferMentorship from experienced to diverse teams and business path opportunities in sales operations or commercial leadership.A collaborative innovative and sustainability-focused -time on-the-job training through immersive rotations and hands-on project considerations:Location: Batavia OH
