Academic Relationships Advisor | Nursing Engagement

Your Role:

• Primary liaison between community nursing programs and Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH).
• Fosters strong partnerships and ensures positive experiences for nursing students faculty members and clinical groups.
• Identifies and addresses barriers to success.
• Supports the recruitment and hiring of nursing candidates.
• Collaborates with internal teams to enhance the nursing student experience.
• Performs miscellaneous duties.

Reports To:Director/Patient Experience (JC: 019001)

Supervises:None.

Required Education: Associate degree in hospitality healthcare business administration or a closely related field.

Preferred Education:None.

Required Experience: Two (2) years of experience working within the academic and/or healthcare fields.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to work as a team member.
