The Ab Initio Onsite Lead will join the FedEx Prometheus (SCO-GOS-Sort and Dock) allocation team to oversee critical data integration architecture. This team focuses on designing developing and optimizing high-performance ETL pipelines that power core logistics and supply chain sortation operations. The mission is to ensure robust data flow and operational efficiency across critical enterprise infrastructure.

• Develop and enhance Ab Initio ETL graphs and data flows based on project requirements.
• Handle production issues analyze code and data defects and provide critical fixes and improvements.
• Perform performance tuning optimization and root cause analysis for live/production issues.
• Work on application defects bundle changes and data/coding-related system modifications.
• Independently lead technical research own enhancement stories and drive them to successful closure.
• Participate directly in client and onsite interactions leading daily and weekly status discussions.

Job Responsibilities

• Design build and optimize complex Ab Initio ETL graphs and data flows aligned to enterprise performance standards.
• Provide comprehensive root cause analysis performance tuning and technical remediation for live production data streams.
• Partner with onsite stakeholders and clients to lead daily technical alignment discussions and track project deliverables.
• Independently research engineer and drive lifecycle development for systems enhancements and application defects.
