Looking for a senior-level Project Manager to support the Public Safety & Emergency Management (PSEM) division.
This role will lead complex cross-functional technical projects with a focus on enterprise monitoring systems and operational coordination across engineering business and IT teams.
Responsibilities:
Lead project planning execution risk management and stakeholder communication
Manage enterprise monitoring system design and implementation
Coordinate technical teams vendors and stakeholders
Oversee project documentation reporting and governance processes
Ensure adherence to PMO methodologies and standards
Support system validation performance and operational readiness
Manage project closeout and knowledge transfer
Mandatory Requirements:
Bachelors degree from an accredited institution
Minimum 8 years of experience in Public Safety / Emergency Services and Event Management
10 years managing medium to large-scale IT projects
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure enterprise monitoring tools and operations (Service Desk Datacenter etc.)
Experience with routing protocols and data delivery techniques
Proficiency with MS Project Visio Word and PowerPoint
Strong technical leadership in enterprise environments
PMP Certification
Experience managing third-party vendors
Background in large-scale emergency services environments
