The responsibility of a Professional Cleaner is to maintain a worksite in optimum conditions through tasks such as disinfecting mopping sweeping and vacuuming among other duties while reporting issues to the supervisor.

The ideal candidate would be a self-motivated self-starter who can plan prioritize and take the initiative on the job. We are looking for individuals with a high degree of responsibility who are ready to start working.

We will be running a background check as well as an onsite drug test.

Pay Rate: $13.00

Pago: $13.00

• Week NightsMonday- Friday 7:00-4:30 or 3:30 pm- 12:00am
• Weekends Upon Request

Job Skills / Requirements

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clean buildings by emptying trash vacuuming sweeping mopping and cleaning surfaces as assigned.
• Monitor buildings security and safety by locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created.
• Properly use cleaning solutions and chemicals to remove stains and clean surfaces.
• Use approved cleaning solutions with proper PPE as required and must follow SDS.
• Clean windows glass partitions and mirrors using proper cleaners sponges and squeegees.
• Dust furniture and scrub surface clean.
• Clean and service restrooms with mops and proper disinfectants.
• Arrive on time for the shift as scheduled and complete all work in the allotted time.
• Identify and report needed repairs on equipment to ensure they are well-maintained.
• Cross-train on other duties or areas as assigned by Supervisor.

DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES:

• Limpiar los edificios incluye: vaciar basura aspirar los pisos barrer trapear y limpiar las superficies asignadas
• Supervisar la seguridad del edificio cerrando puertas después de las horas de operación y verificar el uso de electrodomésticos para garantizar que no se creen riesgos.
• Usar adecuadamente soluciones de limpieza para eliminar manchas y limpiar superficies.
• Usar productos químicos de limpieza aprobados y usando el adecuado EPP (Equipo de Protección Personal) al igual deben cumplir con las SDS (las hojas de datos de seguridad que proporcionan información valiosa para el programa de salud y la seguridad de los empleados)
• Limpiar ventanas particiones de vidrio y espejos usando limpiadores esponjas y jabones adecuados.
• Desempolvar muebles y tallar areas hasta que queden limpias.
• Limpiar y dar servicio a los baños la veces necesarias usando trapeadores y desinfectantes adecuados.
