What Youll Do

• Operate and monitor cleanroom-based manufacturing lines ensuring quality product output at every stage
• Design print and test 3D-modeled components using Autodesk Inventor to support equipment and process needs
• Collaborate with the team to integrate new equipment and optimize production processes
• Perform QA checks to confirm product is built to spec - and take corrective action when its not
• Support preventive maintenance and equipment reliability to keep lines running
• Analyze process data using SPC tools to improve yield throughput and uptime
• Participate in root cause analysis and CAPA processes
• Support Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen initiatives on the floor
• Assist with new equipment installation and production scale-up efforts
• Follow cleanroom protocols SOPs and safety requirements every shift

What We Need From You

• Hands-on experience with 3D modeling printing and testing mechanical components
• Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor and/or SolidWorks
• Background in a manufacturing environment - cleanroom experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and specs
• Familiarity with SPC MES or process data tools
• Strong troubleshooting instincts and the ability to communicate clearly across teams
• Comfortable working on a manufacturing floor for a full shift wearing cleanroom garments
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and handle precision components with care

Bonus

• Experience with fiber optic products ribbonization or precision optical equipment
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification
• Experience supporting rapid production scale-up in a controlled environment

Notes

• Day shift Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM; occasional overtime and weekend work possible
• Associates degree in Engineering Technology or related field preferred but not required
