- SCHEDULE: Monday-Thursday
- HOURS: 3:30pm-3:30am
- Additional hours may be required due to business demands.

Key Responsibilities
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
- Operate potato chip fryers dough mixers and snack food processing equipment.
- Responsible for change over and set up of the mixing cooking and processing equipment.
- Cleaning machine parts after changeovers discarding trash/waste and monitoring tank levels as well as cleaning seasoning trays floors and ovens in the processing area.
- Records daily machine and process information such as batch counts start & stop times oil meter readings waste recordings and pounds of flour.
- Changes and maintains Urschel slicer heads to maintain quality and consistent slices.
- Ensure that manufacturing data is accurately entered and tracked in the ERP system including production orders materials and finished goods.
- Update and maintain ERP records to reflect real-time data including production status material usage and equipment maintenance.
- Enter production and manufacturing data into the ERP system including raw material consumption machine usage labor hours and quality control data.
- Track inventory levels in real-time and coordinate with the necessary teams to ensure timely material replenishment.
- Other ERP responsibilities and other duties as assigned.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise
WHAT YOU NEED TO GET STARTED:
- Must complete a background and pre-employment drug screen. As well as a preplacement screening which tests the ability to perform the physical requirements of the position.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- A good mechanical skill-related background is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to work with latex gloves airborne seasoning cardboard dust cleaning solutions and hot water.
- Ability to work in a noisy and fast-paced environment where you are regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions extreme cold extreme heat and moving parts.
- Good Balance on slippery surfaces.
- Must be able to lift at least 21 pounds.
