2027 Internship Sales (CRM Business Analyst)

Summer internships are 40 hours per week typically from late-May to early-August lasting 10 weeks.

Candidates must be able to work onsite for the entirety of the internship program unless approved otherwise by the hiring manager.

The CRMBusiness AnalystInternwill work as part of the skilled and passionate Textron Aviation CRM Team delivering business solutions that enable the global sales support andmarketing Textron Aviation we put people at the heart of everything that we do and our team leverages the Salesforce platform to create an exceptional customer and employee positions primary role will be to leverage Salesforceto solve business problemsthrough database design and automation tools.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work on project teams to enhance existing Salesforce functionality deliver new features and improve user experience.
• Automate business processes using either the Salesforce UI or code.
• Build applications on the Salesforce platform using database design best practices and automation tools.
• Develop reports and dashboards in Salesforceto support business objectives.
• Document business processesthrough process mapping.
• Build test and deploy code within the Salesforce platform.
• Collaborate with other developers for brainstorming and writing code.
