2026-2027 School Operations Manager

Our Operations Managers impact students lives by:

• Assisting the Transportation Manager with bus routing maintaining student transportation updates arrival and dismissal and field trips
• Assisting the Data Manager with testing procedures logistics and security
• Assisting the Kitchen Manager with coordination preparation and submission of meal data for federal reimbursements
• Assisting the Technology Manager with student and staff technology
• Assisting the Office Manager in the registration and enrollment process
• Preparing family communications
• Supporting event coordination and other special projects as assigned by the Director of Finance & Operations

Physical Requirements

• Regularly required to sit stand walk talk hear operate a computer and other office equipment reach with hands and arms and must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
• This is an in-person role
