Shift Details

• Monday - Friday
• 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Full-Time employees will work Monday throughFridayweekly.
• Days and Shifts might vary based on business needs and availability.

Minimum Qualifications

• Over the age of 18 years old
• Eligible to work for any U.S. Employer
• High school Diploma or GED
• Must have at least 1 year of strong in-person customer service experience

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors/residents Welcome guests residents or clients warmly verify identity or appointments and direct them appropriately.
• Manage front desk operations Answer phones respond to emails handle mail/package deliveries and maintain a clean organized reception area.
• Coordinate access and security Issue visitor badges or keys monitor building entry and follow security protocols to ensure a safe environment.
• Provide information and support Answer questions about building amenities local attractions services or policies and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Schedule and coordinate services Book reservations arrange transportation coordinate maintenance requests or schedule appointments on behalf of residents/guests.

About You

You have excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset. You know how to de-escalate difficult situations and keep a calm and composed attitude in a fast-paced environment.

You are awell-spokenprofessional and able to uphold an exceptional level ofintegrity and customer service.

You are over the age of 18 possess a valid state drivers licensewith a clean driving recordand havethe physical stamina to stand walk and lift moderate weights while working in an outdoor environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet patients visitors and staff with a consistently warm & friendly demeanor showingcompassion andempathy to everyone you interact with.
• Provide exceptional customer service for patients and guests.
• Support and work in a team environment to meet all metrics that strengthenthe client relationship with Onsight Healthcare.
• Daily use of apps/technology to maintainoperational efficiency and logistics
• Assist individuals with mobility challenges offering wheelchair and escort services as needed.
• Provide accurate directions and helpful information about the hospital facilities.
• Effectively build relationships with hospital staff patients guests and team
• Actively maintain a clean and professional work environment
• Physical involvement will include walking standing pushing and pulling of various luggage/belongings in and out of a patients vehicle all while delivering outstanding customer service
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Over the age of 18 years old
• Eligible to work for any U.S. Employer
• High school Diploma or GED
• Must have at least 1 year of strong in-person customer service experience
• Must be comfortable working in an outdoorenvironment for your entire shift
• Possess a valid active in-state regular drivers license(No Permits or Probationary License)
• Maintained a clean driving record for the past 5years as an active driver
• Work with professionalism integrity and compassion supporting your team and together represent Onsight Healthcare throughout the facility
• Workwell independently and as part of a team
• Adequately operate apps/technology on a tablet and continuously learnnew software that may be applied todaily tasks
• Move with urgency and speedto prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment paying attention to surroundings and details
• Work in a standing position for hours at a time in an outdoor environment
• Safely and physically able to lift upto50 lbs
• Speak read and write Standard English (Bi-lingual not required but a plus!)
• Effectivelybuild relationships with yourteam and others in a professional manner
• Strong ability to perform at a high level of customer service in a physically demanding work environment
• Ability to walk stand push and pull items while showing empathy and professionalism in the workplace

Compensation

• Base pay of $14/hour
