Salary: 13.85 14.84 per hour
Working Hours: 5 on 2 off shift pattern 10:00pm 9:00am

The Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and reliable Waking Night Residential Support Worker to join their childrens residential service in the Crewe area.

As a Waking Night Residential Support Worker you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety wellbeing and emotional support of young people throughout the night. You will be responsible for maintaining a calm and structured environment completing safeguarding and welfare checks and responding appropriately to any incidents or needs that arise during your shift.

Who We Are Looking For

Experience working within an Ofsted Registered Childrens Home
A genuine passion for supporting children and young people
Strong communication and record-keeping skills
Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures
Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
Reliable resilient and able to work independently during night shifts

Additional Screening Requirements

Full UK Driving Licence is preferred
Applicants must have previous experience working within an Ofsted Registered Childrens Home
Applicants from Healthcare NHS Adult Care Supported Living Domiciliary Care Nursing Homes Mental Health Services or similar settings without Childrens Residential experience will not be considered
Applicants requiring sponsorship will not be considered

Individuals with only CQC experience and / or who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Childrens Home will not be considered.
