Treatment Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for a patient centred Treatment Coordinator to provide support to our 8-surgery award-winning practice Cosmetic White Smiles in Derby.

The essentials:

• Part-time 31 hours over 4 days
• Mondays Tuesdays Thursdays & Fridays 8.45am - 5.30pm
• Competitive salary: 13.57 in line with experience

• Join our friendly & experienced team at our multi-disciplinary high-end practice where we offer state of the art cosmetic dentistry specialist dentistry and dental implant services.

This is a key role within the practice supporting patients through their treatment journey and helping them feel fully informed comfortable and confident in their decisions. Duties of this role will include but not be limited to:

• Acting as a bridge between clinical and front-of-house teams
• Contributing to practice growth and performance targets
• Explaining treatment plans clearly in simple non-clinical language
• Building rapport and trust with patients
• Handling objections confidently and professionally
• Strong understanding of dental procedures and terminology
• Ability to explain complex treatments (e.g. implants orthodontics)
• Interpreting clinician notes and translating them into patient-friendly information
• Coordinating multi-stage treatment journeys

About you

• Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator / Patient Care Advisor or Dental Nurse we also welcome applications from those with sales experience gained in a customer-facing environment
