Job Summary

About the role

In this role youll take ownership of the end-to-end onboarding process for care and support candidates ensuring all recruitment and employment checks are completed in line with legal organisational and CIW regulatory standards.

Youll be responsible for completing and verifying essential pre-employment checks including Right to Work DBS references and medical clearances all in line with safer recruitment and regulatory standards.

Working closely with candidates hiring managers and colleagues youll provide clear and proactive communication to keep everyone informed and engaged throughout the process. Youll also support internal audits by maintaining high-quality records and preparing candidate files for review.

At the heart of this role is ensuring we remain fully compliant while delivering a smooth and supportive onboarding journey for candidates entering our care services.

Skills and Experience Needed

Were looking for someone who understands that great recruitment isnt just about hiring - its about giving each candidate a great experience!

Previous experience of recruitment and selection administration is essential for this role so please evidence this in your CV and application as this is what we will be looking for when we review will also be keen to know about any knowledge of employment law and compliance related recruitment you may have experience in.

Were looking for someone who thrives on keeping things organised and running smoothly with a strong eye for detail and a proactive can-do attitude. Youll have experience in recruitment or administration and feel confident using Microsoft Office tools like Word and Excel with any experience of HR or recruitment systems being a real advantage.

Were also looking for someone who understands the importance of discretion and can handle sensitive information with care alongside a good awareness of inclusive recruitment equality and compliance. To support your success in the role youll also have a good standard of education including English and Maths.

This is a 30 hour per week (over 5 days) 12 month fixed term role with a competitive salary along with a great package designed to support you at work and beyond.

  • 25877 per annum pro rata

  • Mixture of office and home working depending on business needs
  • 26 days holiday pro rata entitlement plus Bank holidays. Rising to 31 days with an extra day for each full year of service.
