Are you anAdministratorready for a new and challenging opportunity Join our Asset Management team in delivering effective governance administration and document controlacross our engineering and asset management functions!
In this varied and rewarding role you will support the coordination of key asset management activities including renewals engineeringchangeand document control. Working across multiple teamsyoullhelp ensure critical engineering records systems and processesremainorganisedcompliantand up to date supporting the safe and efficient operation of the network.
This is a6-monthsecondmentwith our Asset Management Teamwhere you will be tasked withmaintainingand updating a multitude ofengineering registers and records.
Key accountabilities will include:

Ensure activities are carried out in line with company procedures industrystandardsand regulatoryrequirements

Provide administrative support for asset replacement programmes equipment upgradesand management of ageing and outdated assets
-
SupportTemporary Speed Restriction (TSR) tracking and governance
-
Support with basic CMMSadministration activitiesand carry out data updates whererequired
-
Maintainaccurateengineering and asset management recordsin line with business requirements

Assistwith renewals proof checking anddocument validation
Whatyoullbring:
-
Experience in an administrative or business support roleis essential
-
Knowledge and experienceofmanaging documentation and records within a controlled environment.

Experience using Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel and Wordisessential
-
Experience usingAdobe applications is preferred
-
Proven experience ofworking with multiple stakeholders across operational or technical teams.

Experience working within governance or compliance-based environments desirable.
-
Working knowledge ofusing CMMS or document management systems desirable.
-
Railengineeringor infrastructure experience desirable.
-
Understanding of formal governance and document control processes desirable.
