Were looking for a Front of House Supervisor to join our management team and help lead our front-of-house operation. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment loves developing people and believes that great hospitality starts with great relationships.

What youll be doing

As Front of House Supervisor youll be a visible leader on the floor inspiring the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences from the moment guests arrive until they leave.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the management team in the day-to-day running of front-of-house operations
• Leading by example and creating a positive energetic atmosphere
• Coaching and developing team members to achieve their full potential
• Ensuring exceptional service standards are consistently delivered
• Handling guest feedback with confidence and professionalism
• Supporting recruitment training and team engagement initiatives
• Driving sales through great product knowledge and guest interaction
• Maintaining high standards of presentation cleanliness and compliance

Youll be passionate about hospitality and naturally bring people together. Whether youre an experienced supervisor or a talented team leader ready for the next step youll have:

• Previous experience in hospitality restaurants hotels or premium pubs
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A hands-on approach and a willingness to lead from the front
• A genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to remain calm and positive under pressure
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and busy seasonal periods
