Thisimportant roleis the public face of theDoor Supervisory Team.A can-do and professional attitude is ensureexemplarystandardsofSecurityand Customer Service are always provided to the client and visitors to the site.

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES

• Readilyinteractwithallvisitors/tenantswithintheVenuesdeliveringfirstclass customer focused service

• CarryoutregularpatrolsoftheVenuesasdetailedinthesite assignmentInstructions being always proactive

• ContinuouslylookforopportunitiestobeofassistancetovisitorsattheBars andRestauraunts proactively helping wherever opportunities arise

• Safeguardallthevenues and Carparking areasaresafeandnon-threateningenvironmentforallvisitors/tenants.

• Ensuringallincidentsaremanagedinaccordancewithsitepoliciesandprocedure

• Liaisingwithsitecontrolroomproactivelyreactingtoincidentsandensuringcolleaguesarefully briefed and always supported

• EnsureanyunsecureareasofthesitearereportedtoControlRoomimmediatelyandaction taken to resolve

• Record/logallnon-conformancesandemergencieswiththeappropriatecontrolroomoperatives

• DealefficientlyandeffectivelywithallemergenciesensuringtheCentreteamarekeptfully always informed

• Intelligentunderstanding ofhumanbehaviourmonitoringandsurveillanceofsuspect individuals logging and reporting incidents in line with site/company polices

• Maintainvigilanceandhighlight/manageunauthorisedaccessbybannedindividuals

• Ensureradioproceduresarealwaysadheredto

• Ensureallevents/incidentsarerecordedintheStaffnotebookcorrectlyandnotebook policies are always adhered to

• Undertakeanyotherreasonabledutiesasrequiredtomeettheneedsofthebusiness.

• Anyotherreasonabledutiesasrequestedbyyourlinemanager

• Ensureatimelyresponsetoallsecurityissuesandevents

• Completealltrainingrequirementsasrequestedbylinemanager

• Beavailabletocoveratleast oneadditionalshiftpermonthifrequestedtocover absence/annual leave

• LiaisecloselywiththeEnvironmentalServicesteamdeliveringoneserviceandhighlight opportunities in working as one team

• Be professional pleasant friendly courteous and helpful always whilst carry out duties to thehighest standard

• Oneteamapproach

• PreviousDoor Supervisory Experience preferred.
• Takeownershipofallsituationstoensuretasksarecompletedorescalatedwhennecessary.
