The hourly rate for this role is 13.02 and up to 15.10 across selected locations within London. This is a weekly paid role.

The festive season at Boots is one of the busiest and most exciting times of the year and were looking for enthusiastic people to help deliver for our customers when it matters most.
About the opportunity
As a Stores Fulfilment Assistant youll play a key role in making sure customers get what they need right when they need it. Youll pick and pack online orderswhether thats a thoughtful gift a last-minute treat or essentials for the celebrations ahead.
This is an important role where youll help deliver a great experience for our customersone that keeps them coming back all year round.
Its also a fast-paced and active role where priorities can change quickly. You wont just be working behind the scenesyoull be on your feet throughout your shift moving between the stockroom and shop floor helping customers working on tills replenishing shelves and supporting deliveries.
Working in store is a real team effort so youll need to be flexible and ready to step into different areas to keep things running smoothly. Youll feel good knowing youre playing your part and enjoy a strong sense of teamwork and fun as everyone pulls together.

- Pick and pack online orders accurately and efficiently meeting your own targets to achieve overall team goals
- Support your team to keep orders on track
- Help and advise customers on the shop floor
- Work on tills when needed
- Replenish stock and keep shelves full
- Support deliveries and organise stock in the stockroom
What youll need to have (our must-haves)

- Confident with people comfortable talking to and helping customers
- Accuracy and speed stays focused on targets in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive attitude sees what needs doing and take ownership
- Resilient stays positive and focused during busy periods

- Comfortable with technology follows process and learns new systems and technologies.
It would be great if you also have
- Previous experience in a retail environment.
- Familiarity with stock management systems
