Qualifications :

What Youll Need (Besides a Cape!) You dont need formal care experience! The skills youve gained from raising a family caring for loved ones or running a household are exactly what makes a brilliant Care Professional. Full paid training is provided. Were looking for:

  • Genuine empathy compassion and respect for others

  • Reliability punctuality and a naturally caring nature

  • Patience and active listening skills to truly understand our clients needs

  • Resilience and adaptabilitybecause no two days (or clients!) are exactly the same

  • A keen eye for detail to spot any changes in a clients health or well-being

  • The ability to use your initiative and stay calm under pressure

  • Willingness to learn new skills and participate in continuous training

  • Great communication and a collaborative team spirit

  • The right to work in the UK (Please note: As an employer we are unfortunately unable to offer Visa sponsorship).
