Qualifications :
What Youll Need (Besides a Cape!) You dont need formal care experience! The skills youve gained from raising a family caring for loved ones or running a household are exactly what makes a brilliant Care Professional. Full paid training is provided. Were looking for:
Genuine empathy compassion and respect for others
Reliability punctuality and a naturally caring nature
Patience and active listening skills to truly understand our clients needs
Resilience and adaptabilitybecause no two days (or clients!) are exactly the same
A keen eye for detail to spot any changes in a clients health or well-being
The ability to use your initiative and stay calm under pressure
Willingness to learn new skills and participate in continuous training
Great communication and a collaborative team spirit
