The Sr. Manager UK/Irelandis a seniorHRleadership role with accountability for driving performance execution excellence and strategic alignment across the UKmarket for DePuy Synthes.This role is primarily responsible for translating strategy into execution and delivering business results at country level.The position offers the opportunity to lead crossfunctional teams influence key stakeholders and have a direct impact on business outcomes and patient care in a highly regulated MedTech environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide seniorHRleadership forUKandIrelandmarket operations ensuring alignment with DePuy Synthes regional and global strategies.

  • ExecuteHRbusiness strategy at country level and ensure delivery of operational plans

  • Translate regionalHRstrategy into actionable plans and track execution progress

  • Partner withBusiness Leadersand HR to deliver integrated business plans.

  • Foster strong relationships with key customers healthcare stakeholders and internal partners across thecountries.

  • Lead coach and develop managers and teams building leadership capability and a highperformance culture.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory quality ethical and governance standards applicable to the UK MedTech market.

  • Ensure compliance withIocallabor lawand internal policies; manage relationships withemployee representatives andexternal labor bodies as.

  • Monitor performance metricsidentifyrisks and opportunities and drive corrective actions as needed.

  • Build strong operational leadership bench and ensure team performance delivery

Where required to be managed locally:

  • Document handling: Print stamp/seal mail/ship distribute and route documents for wet signatures.

  • Records management: Store/archive/retrieve HR documents; fulfill requests; coordinate offsite storage; scan and name for Veeva.

  • Compliance/admin: Upload/submitfilings; print and hand-deliver to agencies; support audits and onsite audit coordination.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelors degreein Business Administration Marketing Life Sciences Engineering ora relatedfield.

  • Masters degree or MBA preferred.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Typically810 years of progressive leadership experience inHRroles preferably within MedTech Pharma or Healthcare.

  • Demonstrated experience leading multifunctional teams and managing complex business priorities.

  • Proven ability to driveHRstrategy execution and deliver results in a matrixedorganisation.

Preferred:

  • Background working across EMEAor ininternationalorganisations.

  • Experience leading transformation change or growth initiatives.

  • Strong customercentric mindset with seniorlevel engagement experience.

  • Excellent leadership communication and stakeholdermanagement skills.

Other:

  • Language: Fluent English.

  • Travel: Up to 25% primarily within the UK/ Irelandand EMEA.

  • Certifications: Leadership or commercial certifications preferred but not.
