About the role

TheDigital and Tech Solution Owner:PLAN TO FORECASTplays a critical role in ensuringHaleonsTechnology Platforms enableourenterprise processesto bedesigned governed andoperatedin a consistent scalable andfuture fitway.

TheSolution Owneris theenterprise-widetechnologyenablerof anend to end(E2E) global business process andis responsible foritsfunctionaldesigndeliveryserviceoperationandcontinuous improvement across all functions and markets.

This role sits at thecentreofHaleonstransformation ensuring our processes evolve from legacy fragmented ways of working into integratedstandardised and digitally enabledways of workingunlock capacity across theorganizationalign to strategymaintaincompliance and operational excellence in support of the growth agenda.

Role Responsibilities

PLAN TO FORECAST

SAPS/4HANASAP IBPand Legacy SAP ECCand SAP APObasedfunctionalexpertisein

  • Demand Planning

  • Supply Planning

  • Sales and Operational Planning

  • Production Planning

End-to-EndSolutionOwnership

  • Own the globalfunctional solution technicalstandardsdelivery and operationsgovernance andtechnicaldocumentation for the E2EERPprocess.

  • Define andmaintainglobalsolution blueprintstechnicaldecision rightsITcontrolsandITpolicies.

  • Ensurestandardization and harmonization of ERP solutionsacross markets and functions.

SolutionDesign & Transformation Leadership

  • Enable businessprocess design/ continuous improvementactivities across all phases of Enterprise Transformation (Design Build Test Deployment Sustain).

  • Input intothedesign authorityfor the process.

  • Act as theguardian of the global templateduring deployment waves and ensure alignment with S/4HANA design principles.

  • Partner withBusiness Process Owners and SMEs Data and otherSolutionowners to ensure integrated coherent designs.

Operate Existing ERPSolutions

  • Deliver ongoing BAU changes to the legacy SAP ECC/ APObasedlandscape.

  • Deliver functionalexpertiseto address ECC operational critical issues.

  • Accountable for Legacy SAPlegacy systems lifecycle management e.g. functionalupgradeslegal / tax changeschange relatedIT controls etc.

Governance & Decision-Making

  • Resolve cross-functional process issues conflicts and dependencies.

  • Minimisedeviations to global standards and ensure adherence to governance frameworks.

  • Define process KPIs controls and continuous improvement mechanisms.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partnerwith Business ProcessOwners Process Experts Local ProcessExperts and Functional Leaders to embed and sustain process changes.

  • Ensure effective integration across interconnected processes (e.g. L2CS2PR2D).

  • Collaborate closely with DataCompliance Cyber Security Architecture Testing and Change teams.

OperationsContinuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Ensurebusiness process availability to the business viaclosely workingwith Tech Support teamsand leaning in with SAP functionalexpertisewhen needed

  • Monitor process performance andidentifyopportunities for improvement simplification automation anddigitisation.

  • Ensure theERP applicationscontinuesto evolve to support Haleonslong-term strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to align process with businessobjectivesand drive continuous improvement

  • Proven SAP ERP delivery experience in the areas ofSupply Chain Planning.

  • Enterprise-first mindset; makes decisions for the good of the wholeorganisation.

  • High levelsof influence credibility and presence with senior stakeholders.

  • Strong judgement and ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity.

  • Collaborativeand able to align diverse groups behind a shared direction.

  • Comfortable operating in dynamic fast-paced environments with evolving requirements.

  • Understandinghow process design connects to data systems controls and integration points.

  • Able to work effectively withBusiness Process Owners and Senior Business Leadersto ensure alignment and feasibility.

  • Strong communicator with clarity influence and empathy.

  • Highlyorganisedand able to manage competing priorities.
