This role is ideal for a qualified solicitor with 1-6 years PQE who is looking to take the next step in their career. You will manage a diverse caseload of civil and commercial disputes working with a wide range of clients from individuals and SMEs to larger organisations. The Role:

As a Dispute Resolution Solicitor you will:

• Manage a varied caseload of civil and commercial disputes.
• Handle client matters from initial instruction through to resolution including court proceedings and advocacy (where appropriate).
• Provide clear practical and strategic advice to clients in writing over the phone and in meetings.
• Build and maintain strong trusted relationships with clients.
• Ensure adherence to compliance policies procedures and risk management protocols.
• Support and mentor junior team members fostering their professional growth.
• Participate in professional development activities including CPD webinars and marketing initiatives.
• Represent the firm at charity community and networking events.
• Drive new business through networking referrals and business development activities.

The Person:

The ideal candidate will have:

• A qualification as a solicitor with 1-6 years PQE in dispute resolution.
• Strong technical expertise in civil and commercial disputes.
• Excellent client care skills with the ability to build trusted relationships.
• A proactive and solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage a busy caseload.
