Job Summary

Domestic Considerations: Must be within daily commuting distance to Aldershot. FTRS (HC) does not include provision to service accommodation or medical/dental treatment.
Position Role: Principle staff officer responsible for MS support to the Comd. SME on MS providing direction and guidance to 14 subordinate units (Regular & Reserve). 101 OSB is the largest Brigade in the Army. Responsibilities:
1. Principle Staff Officer responsible for MS support to the Comd.
2. Provide MS support and guidance to the Comd and subordinate units (10 Regular and 4 Army Reserve units).
3. Receipt interpretation and dissemination of MS policy matters.
4. Lead staff officer for Honours and Awards including coordination of the Comds H&A Boards.
5. Ensure that deadlines for all MS functions are met and paperwork is complete to staff forward to Higher Formation or APC.
6. Oversight for the AR process to ensure mandated MS timelines are met within the HQ and subordinate units.
