Our ICT team builds andmaintainsa high quality technical and applications infrastructure that supports theorganisationsfront-lineservices and enables them toprovidecost effective and efficient services to the people of the County of Wiltshire.

As a Service DeskEngineeryou willprovideremote support for software and hardware issues ensuring seamless IT services across Wiltshire Council. As part of yourroleyou will handle customer callstroubleshootingand document IT problemswhilst offeringefficientresolutions and escalating complex cases when necessary. Your focus will be onmaintainingoptimalfunctionality for corporate IT and communication systems.

We are looking for a candidatewith strong collaborationand problem-solvingskills whois confident inprovidingguidance to departments and customers whichresultsin fantastic customer experience.
