This programme is central to our ambition to deliver excellent customer service for everyone in Birmingham. Were redesigning services consolidating support functions improving customer experience driving channel shift improving customer contact through several access channels and embedding a culture of continuous improvement. Whether its through smarter use of data more joined-up services or human-centred design were committed to making every interaction with the council efficient consistent and customer-focused.
