As a Senior Scrum Master / Agile Coach you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of software solutions that protect the UKs national security. Working within highly collaborative Agile delivery teams you will enable the development of applications that collect analyse and present complex data empowering our customers to make informed timecritical decisions.

Youll operate as a servantleader coach and facilitator helping teams continuously improve how they work while fostering an environment of trust learning and high performance. Its an opportunity to work with cuttingedge technology alongside talented professionals on challenges that genuinely matter.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a servantleader supporting Agile teams in the daytoday operation of LeanAgile practices
• Facilitate teamofteams events such as Program Increment Planning and support roadmap development to achieve shared objectives
• Identify surface and help remove impediments to team progress and delivery
• Lead the identification of training and development needs for teams and individuals
• Improve team and individual performance through coaching mentoring and facilitation
• Provide Agile coaching advisory support and assurance across multiple teams where required

What Youll Bring

• Practical experience applying servantleadership within Agile delivery teams
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles practices and frameworks particularly Scrum
• Excellent facilitation communication and organisational skills
• An advanced Scrum Master certification such as PSM II or III or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM)
• Experience in Agile Coaching or relevant qualifications such as ICPATF ICPACC or ICEAC
