As a Senior Recruitment Consultant Education youll be partnering with public sector organisations to recruit senior and specialist professionals into complex highimpact environments.

Our specialisms range across SEND School Improvement Behaviour & Virtual Schools Educational Psychology School Place Planning Capital and School Admissions and School Transport.

These are roles where the right appointment genuinely matters and where insight integrity and credibility are essential.

Your role will involve:

• Building and owning a360 deskwithin education focused on senior interim and permanent appointments
• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients shaped by market intelligence and genuine partnership
• Delivering endtoend recruitment for roles carrying real responsibility and public impact
• Proactively mapping markets engaging hardtoreach candidates and developing new opportunities
• Working within acoachingfirst culturethat prioritises quality wellbeing and sustainable success
