Your role:

• As a Senior Consultant you will play a key role in shaping and delivering advisory services across major infrastructure programmes. You will work alongside experienced multidisciplinary teams and contribute to impactful projects.
• This role offers an excellent platform to accelerate your career broaden your experience and influence some of the UKsbiggest infrastructure projects.

About you

• Strategic Advisory:supportleadershipin deliveringstrategic advice on business transformations organisational design portfolio management and improving programme efficiencies to deliverexcellentperformance.
• Programme Lifecycle:Contribute across the full programme lifecycleassisting in the setup and delivery of major transformational projects and PMOs.
• Process Mapping:Support the development and documentation ofprocessestoolsand guidance for programme teamssuch as creating PMO Handbooks and similar resources
• Stakeholder Management:Build strong relationships with key stakeholdersdeveloping existing and new business growthopportunitiestailoring communications to specific audiences andfacilitating effective workshops (in-person virtual or hybrid).
• Analytical Skills:Apply analytical thinking to collect organise and analyse data ensuring theaccuratedelivery of insights and recommendations.
• Proactive Approach:Showinitiativeand a willingness to learncontributingto the delivery of high-quality outputsin dynamic complex and often ambiguous environments.
• Driving Change:Supportbusinesschange initiatives driving tangible results in fast-evolving environments.
• Professional Certifications:Ideally you will hold or be working towards certifications such as APM PMQ/PPQ/ChPPMoP MSP PRINCE2 or similar.
