Job Summary

Heres what youll do: 

  • Digital Delivery:Responsible for developing design outputs frominitialconcepts through to fullydetailed designdeliverables

  • Utilise Digital Tools: Encourage the use of digital tools to review influence and enhance design quality processes

  • Champion BIM: Promote articulate and lead BIM behaviours on the projects

  • CoordinateprojectDeliverables:Support coordinationof deliverablesfor multiple projects ensuring completion within budget. Provide support andmanagementofprojectresourcestofacilitateproduction ofdeliverables

  • Team Relationship: Beproactivein relationships with internal project stakeholders reporting progress of highlighting any technical issues fortimelyresolution 

  • Maintain Standards: Support theCAD LeadinmaintainingCAD standards best practices and processes formodelling content creation and advanced digital developments

  • Design Team Meetings:Activelyparticipateand input to design team meetings bringing with you a digital by default mindset championing the use of 3D model reviews and markups

  • Mentor Junior Technicians: Work across theScotlandoffices supporting junior Revit Technicians from a technical perspective

Qualifications :

Ready to push the limits of whats possible 

Heres what were looking for: 

  • Certified minimum of HND or Equivalent in an engineering disciplineCivil/Structural Engineering

  • Project Information Delivery: Experience in delivering project informationin accordance withBIM standards

  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in using Civil 3d or Revit with experience invalidatingand coordinating models in Navisworks or similar software.(minimum5years of experience) 

  • Common Data Environment Experience: Experience working in a Common Data Environment such as ProjectWise Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar
